Green Valley high-speed detachable quad is built, replacing the original double chair.
2001
Pool is removed.
2002
Iceberg Gulch and Queens Run receive restoration work.
Crystal Inn is removed.
2004
Campbell Basin restaurant opens.
Forest Service approves Crystal's Master Development Plan, a planning and review process initiated in 1995.
2007
Northway double chairlift is built.
Summit House interior is remodeled.
2011
Mount Rainier Gondola makes its inaugural run on January 1. More than 3,000 visitors happily wait in the sometimes two-hour line for a ride to the top.
2012
Crystal looks back on fifty years of operation as of December 8 and looks forward to its next fifty years, now operating as Crystal Mountain Inc., a subsidiary of Boyne USA Inc.
