How do I gift someone a lift/gondola ticket from my account?  If you want to give someone a lift/gondola ticket, the "25/26 Charge Authorization Form" can be printed from this website to authorize any person to charge a lift/gondola ticket to your account, provided you have the funds in your account. Simply scroll above to the "Quick Links" box, and below the area where it reads "Login", select "Seasonal Forms". You will need to log in as a member to access this form. On the "Seasonal Forms" page, select the box at the top that reads "2025-26 Winter Daily Lift Charge Authorization Form." You are able to print this form to complete it with the Date, your Account Number (be sure to double check it is correct), Print your name and then Sign your name. Be sure the form is legible to read. This form can be taken to the Guest Services Office at Crystal Mountain to redeem for one daily lift/gondola ticket. The end user does not need to show ID as the authorization voucher is all they need. They can use it any day during the season. One authorization form equals one daily lift/gondola ticket.

It is important that you keep your account accurate and updated with your current mailing address, contact phone number and email.

Need your account balance and/or transaction history?  Email the Club Administrator at  contact@inbox.crystalfoundersclub.com to request this information. Or, you can take your NEW MEMBERSHIP CARD to the Guest Services office at Crystal Mountain and provide ID showing you are the account holder.  Remember to provide your account number on your request. Our goal is to provide you with prompt service so it is our hope that we can provide this information to you within 1 to 2 business days. For security purposes, only members may request this information on their account. Phone calls are not an acceptable source of identification.

The CMFC Board has voted that beginning November 1, 2025, all Member Transfer fees for sales and family member transfers will be increased to $20 per unit. With the ever increasing cost to run the club, it was the boards decision to increase the transfer fees. Any transfers or sales currently in process will not be affected, only new transactions after November 1, 2025. (published on this site on 10/20/2025)
