2026-27 ACTIVATION IS NOW CLOSED!!

CMFC wishes to thank all those members and directors that activated and designated the usage of their units for the 2026-2027 season.

Over the next few weeks, we will be preparing information to send to Crystal Mountain so that those members that activated will have their membership accounts loaded with their activated dollars to use for the 2026-2027 season.  Additionally, we will be sending the information to Crystal Mountain on those members that ordered passes so that they can begin preparation to create and assign PROMO Codes.

If you ordered Crystal Mountain Only passes, PROMO CODES will be emailed DIRECTLY from Crystal Mountain Inc.(CMI) approximately 4 to 6 weeks after October 1st. At that time, you will need to go to the IKON WEBSITE to request your passes by using the PROMO code provided to you from Crystal Mountain Inc. (CMI). One PROMO code will be assigned to each pass order. The passes are not automatically activated just because you received the PROMO codes. You must go to the IKON WEBSITE and activate the PROMO codes to redeem your passes.

At this time, it would be good to make sure you have accounts set up for those that ordered passes on the IKON WEBSITE, upload a photo and sign the waivers. If you have ordered a pass in the past, you will not receive a new pass in the mail. Only if you uploaded a new photo or had to create a new account on the IKON WEBSITE, you will be mailed a NEW Crystal Mountain Pass. More Information to follow.

Once CMFC is notified that PROMO codes have been assigned, we will send an email with instructions on how to redeem those PROMO codes with a deadline date in which to redeem them.

How do I gift someone a lift/gondola ticket from my account?  If you want to give someone a lift/gondola ticket, the "26/27 Charge Authorization Form" can be printed from this website to authorize any person to charge a lift/gondola ticket to your account, provided you have the funds in your account. Simply scroll above to the "Quick Links" box, and below the area where it reads "Login", select "Seasonal Forms". You will need to log in as a member to access this form. On the "Seasonal Forms" page, select the box at the top that reads "2025-26 Winter Daily Lift Charge Authorization Form." You are able to print this form to complete it with the Date, your Account Number (be sure to double check it is correct), Print your name and then Sign your name. Be sure the form is legible to read. This form can be taken to the Guest Services Office at Crystal Mountain to redeem for one daily lift/gondola ticket. The end user does not need to show ID as the authorization voucher is all they need. They can use it any day during the season. One authorization form equals one daily lift/gondola ticket.

NEED TO UPDATE YOUR ADDRESS, PHONE OR EMAIL?   There are two ways you can do this: 1) Login to this website and search under "Members Only Page" then click on "Member Profile" for instructions on obtaining and/or changing your address, phone or email OR 2) Email the Club Administrator at  contact@inbox.crystalfoundersclub.com. It is important that you keep your account accurate and updated with your current mailing address, contact phone number and email.

Interested in Selling or Transferring your Membership units or know a friend that wants to get on our Waitlist?  Contact the Club Administrator at  contact@inbox.crystalfoundersclub.com and the Club Administrator will contact you to provide you with the proper forms.

Need your account balance and/or transaction history?  Email the Club Administrator at  contact@inbox.crystalfoundersclub.com to request this information. Or, you can take your NEW MEMBERSHIP CARD to the Guest Services office at Crystal Mountain and provide ID showing you are the account holder.  Remember to provide your account number on your request. Our goal is to provide you with prompt service so it is our hope that we can provide this information to you within 1 to 2 business days. For security purposes, only members may request this information on their account. Phone calls are not an acceptable source of identification.

The CMFC Board has voted that beginning November 1, 2025, all Member Transfer fees for sales and family member transfers will be increased to $20 per unit. With the ever increasing cost to run the club, it was the boards decision to increase the transfer fees. Any transfers or sales currently in process will not be affected, only new transactions after November 1, 2025. (published on this site on 10/20/2025)
