ACCOUNT BALANCE

Your account balance is printed on all single ticket receipts.

Account balance information is no longer available online. When Alterra purchased from John Kircher, the direct access was blocked due to account security and firewalls. To obtain your account balance:

• Send an email to crystalfounders@gmail.com with Member Owner Name, Member Owner Account Number and Email Address and we will reach out to the ticket office with cc to you.

• Fill out the below form to request your account balance. You must provide all information listed.
